The Ohio Revised Code is Ohio's comprehensive criminal code.
In "Section 2907", you will find Sexual Offenses. These crimes include sexual contact offenses (touching of private body parts without consent) and sexual conduct offenses (oral, anal, or vaginal penetration, no matter how slight) as well as other sexual crimes.
