Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE)
In Ohio, victims of sexual assault have the right to be notified concerning the status of offenders (ex: incarcerated, released, paroled). Ohio has set up a new computerized system which telephones victims whenever an inmate has a change in status. This system is known as Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE).
