Crime victims compensation programs can sometimes provide reimbursement for costs related to the crime (counseling, medical bills, etc.).  You can learn more  by checking out these links.

Financial Assistance for Sexual Assault Victims Who Have Crime-Related Expenses

Financial help is available for victims of sexual assault in Ohio and many other states.  In order to be eligible for crime victims compensation in Ohio, victims must report the assault to law enforcement (generally within 72 hours, but there are some exceptions, including exceptions for child victims).  They must also be willing to cooperate with law enforcement in the investigation of the crime.
